Booking Amount: The booking amount paid is a part of the total plot value and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Plot Allocation: Final plot allocation will be done only after full payment is received as per the agreed payment schedule.

Payment Terms: All payments must be made in favor of the authorized company account only. Cash payments above ₹20,000 are not accepted without a valid receipt.

Documentation: Sale agreement and registry will be executed only after full and final payment is received. Buyer must submit valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, photograph) for processing.

Possession & Registry: Possession and registry timeline depends on the payment completion and development schedule of the project.

Delay in Payment: Delay in installment/payment beyond 15 days will attract a penalty or may lead to cancellation of booking without notice.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the buyer, no amount will be refunded. However, management reserves the right to offer resale assistance at its discretion.

Development Work: Development of the farm land/plots (e.g., road, park, temple, etc.) is subject to natural, legal, and administrative factors and may take additional time.

Legal Compliance: Buyer is responsible for verifying legal documents and land details. Barsana Farms ensures clear title and will provide documents upon request.

Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, the jurisdiction will lie with the courts of Lucknow only.

Other Offers & Schemes: Any scheme or incentive (e.g., Tm trip, return offers) is subject to separate written terms and company approval.

Amendments: Barsana Farms reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
